Delivery & Returns
Online Tyre specialises in delivering your tyres directly to you at a great rate. We offer free delivery to the Sydney metropolitan area and a flat rate of $20 to all other areas, however there could be extra costs for delivery to some remote areas. For an accurate estimate, if you're outside major metro areas, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Sydney northern beaches: 1 day
All other areas: 2 - 8 days (contact us if you require an accurate delivery estimate)
Note that tyres are only able to be delivered to a physical address, and we regret that we can't deliver to PO Boxes.
Right now we're only shipping within Australia.
Note that we're unable to deliver to a PO box, and all freight will require a signature. We also won't cover the cost of redelivery attempts. If you're not at the designated delivery location when the freight company calls, it's up to you to pick up from their depot.
Returns will be accepted within 30 days from initial purchase, and we reserve the right to refuse returns if onlinetyre.com.au are notified later than this period. Notifications about returns are only accepted via our contact form or direct email.
We will only accept tyres that haven't been fitted or driven on for return.
A member of the onlinetyre.com.au team will organise for a freight company to pick up the tyres, or they can be physically returned to our head office in Brookvale, NSW. We will refund the full figure of your tyre order.
Once we have received the tyres to be returned, we will process your refund. Refunds can take up to fourteen working days to be processed.
